Fix: pnpm/npm/yarn global installs — now uses which claude to detect the actual binary location instead of hardcoding ~/.local/bin/. Supports all package managers (#7)
Fix: set -e premature exit — grep failure when scanning versions directory no longer kills the script. Patches were applied successfully but the success message was never printed
Backup and uninstall now handle both detected path and default path

Fix: claude.exe priority over claude.cmd — renames claude.exe → claude.orig.exe (works even if exe is running)
Fix: package.json overwrite — merges "type":"module" instead of replacing
Fix: launcher path — proper handling for paths with spaces
