Fix: uninstall fails to remove launcher — grep now checks the entire file instead of only the first line (#20)
Fix: Windows repeated install accumulates .exe files — cleans up timestamped/old exes before each install (#17)
Fix: pnpm/npm/yarn global installs — uses which claude to detect actual binary location (#7)
Fix: set -e premature exit — grep failure no longer kills the script (#14)
