macOS Cmd+V Image Paste Fix

Under Bun runtime (ClawGod), macOS Cmd+V pastes the image file path as text instead of the actual image. Fix: when all image path reads fail on macOS with no other text content, fall back to the osascript clipboard image reader (same path Ctrl+V uses).

Patch is marked optional — closure variable names may change across versions. Ctrl+V remains the fallback workaround.

macOS / Linux:

✗ ripgrep (rg) is required but not found in PATH.
✗ Claude Code's Grep tool will not function without it.

✗ Install: brew install ripgrep
