5dive-agent-start now launches grok with --always-approve so tool executions (web fetch, shell, etc.) auto-approve instead of parking the agent on an interactive permission dialog. Without it, a single reuters.com fetch could stall a grok agent for 30+ minutes, blocking all inter-agent traffic until a human toggled yolo mode in the TUI.
