Fixed

install_channel_for_codex_agent now seeds notify-user/SKILL.md into ~/.agents/skills/notify-user/ and installs find-skills + 5dive-cli via npx skills add --agent codex. Mirrors the grok 0.1.13 block — same class of bug (telegram-channel agent boots with no comms-loop skill, goes silent on first DM). Surfaced when draft-codex had an empty .agents/skills/ despite being a codex+telegram agent. Unlike grok, codex is in the upstream npx skills registry, so the default skills go through the normal path rather than the manual-install fallback.

Pair with 5dive-api fe4386c (type-aware update.sh backfill) which heals existing pre-0.1.14 codex+telegram agents at the 03:00 cron.
