• 5dive init Telegram channel picker with auto-discovery — the wizard probes the bot's recent updates and offers detected chats as one-tap choices.
• 5dive agent send / agent ask --reply-to-chat / --reply-to-msg — thread an inter-agent message into a specific Telegram conversation.
• 5dive telegram-pending-ignore + 5dive telegram-resolve-handle — resolve-handle accepts numeric chat ids and group titles in addition to @usernames.
• install.sh now ships a slim projects-CLAUDE.md at /home/claude/projects/CLAUDE.md (idempotent — never clobbers an existing file), symlinked as AGENTS.md. Gives every spawned agent baseline guidance for switching its own model/effort, the Telegram reply mandate when paired, and the inter-agent messaging primitives.

• Repo renamed 5dive-com/5dive-cli → 5dive-com/5dive. The install.5dive.com short-url keeps working.
• Local web dashboard removed from OSS. The managed dashboard at 5dive.com continues for cloud customers; self-hosted users drive everything from the CLI.
• install.sh --upgrade --no-ui now tolerated as a deprecated no-op (was rejected after the dashboard removal).
• README rewrite — tighter Quickstart, "Why 5dive" reframed around three isolation tiers, "How it works" promoted above the fold.

• 5dive auth login claude captures the token from claude setup-token's TTY login flow (upstream started printing to its own /dev/tty).
• UI new-agent flow — full OAuth state machine + Discord token + error recovery.
• init ASCII logo spells 5DIVE; opencode reframed as BYO-provider.
• /usr/sbin prepended to PATH so adduser / usermod / userdel always resolve.
• Hook reliability pass: dual-hook telegram relay + agent-send mirror moved to receiver-side UserPromptSubmit + Stop mirror, rate-limit-resume unified, three follow-up fixes after live use against agent-marketing.
