Fix grok install on fresh VMs: create the ~/.local/bin/grok symlink ourselves instead of relying on xAI's installer (which only symlinks opportunistically when ~/.local/bin is already on PATH). Resolves agent-create failing with 'grok install reported success but /home/claude/.local/bin/grok still missing'. Validated on a real customer VM.
