New 5dive account usage [--json] — per-account Anthropic 5h / 7d rate-limit usage, aggregated from each account's freshest bound-agent statusline cache (rate_limits.five_hour/seven_day → pct + resets_at).

Backs:

  • Telegram /account button dots + new /usage board

Read-only; needs root to read sibling agents' 0750 home dirs (dashboard + telegram call it via sudo -n).
