Cleanup and minor improvements. Net -488 lines.

  • Termux + musl Linux — CI builds wheels for Android/Termux and Alpine/musl.
  • Collision notifications — Show both agent names and file path instead of raw event fields.
  • events sub — Shows help by default. events sub list to list. Tip after creating subscription.
  • Launch prints names — Names: luna, peso shown after batch launch.
  • Bootstrap prompt — Clearer waiting rules, intent descriptions, remote event ID format.
  • Cleanup — Consolidated vanilla binding, permission builders, hook verification, filter SQL, flag prefix sets. Deleted _parse_codex_resume, dead Rust code, stale comments.
