Added OpenCode support so Agent FM can discover OpenCode sessions, track activity, surface sub-agents, and guide plugin setup alongside Claude Code and Codex.
Added renderer error reporting to the app log with privacy-safe redaction so unexpected UI failures are easier to diagnose.
