Hephaestus Network v0.7.3

This release makes the user surface explicit and easier to remember:

  • Create/build: /hephaestus-build
  • Borrow public Hub agents: /hephaestus-network
  • Use saved/shared Agentlas Cloud agents: /hephaestus-cloud

Legacy /hephaestus remains available as a build alias. No GitHub workflow was added.
