Pre-warmed Search Cache: The application now pre-caches all available app manifests on its first run, making your initial search instant.
True One-Time Startup: The cold-start routine is now idempotent, ensuring it runs only once.
Smoother Relaunch: The UI no longer flickers on relaunch, as the application state is persisted locally.

🩺 Doctor Page Improvements
The Cache and Shim managers have been enhanced for better usability, especially when managing long lists.

Search for Cache: A search bar has been added to the Cache Manager, allowing you to quickly filter cached files by name or version.
Scrollable Lists: Both the Cache and Shim managers now feature scrollable content areas, preventing the UI from expanding uncontrollably.
