The first release of the CockroachDB MCP Server is available. It enables MCP Clients to read, write, and search data stored in CockroachDB. It includes a few tools to monitor the cluster, manage the databases, manage the tables/indexes/views, and to execute and monitor queries.
This version includes configurations to integrate with OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Copilot. It provides the following features:

- Cluster Monitoring: Check and monitor the CockroachDB cluster status, including node health and replication.
