Claude Fable 5 support: new top-tier model available in the model picker, set as the default for spawned Claude sessions, with live mid-session switching. The Claude model picker is now a faithful replica of Claude Code's native /model menu (number-key shortcuts, 1M-context variants, Fast mode toggle on Opus models).

Fixed model switching failing with "There's an issue with the selected model": versioned aliases like sonnet-4-6 are now expanded to full claude- IDs before being passed to the CLI's --model flag on spawn and resume.
