rl show --by-error — clusters failed attempts by error signature across files. Three different patches all dying on the same TypeError? That's one wall, not three bugs — question the diagnosis, not the patch. (Requested by @jarvisforwise.)
rl report — turn the ledger into a shareable artifact: markdown to stdout, or rl report --html for a self-contained dark-mode HTML report with summary stats, repeat-fixes-blocked counts, error clusters, and per-file attempt timelines. Zero external resources, all content escaped.

44 tests passing - CI green on Node 18/20/22 x Linux/macOS/Windows - still zero dependencies.
