Qualifier Classification Patch

Fixes Maven versions that publish pre-release qualifiers as dot-separated segments instead of hyphen-separated suffixes.

Fixed

  • Dot-separated pre-release qualifiers: versions such as 1.2.0.Beta1 and 1.2.0.RC1 now classify as pre-releases instead of stable. Stable-only upgrade paths, including recommend_pom_upgrades, no longer treat these pre-releases as deterministic minor/patch targets.
