• Dashboard standalone pages (Trust Trajectory, Cost, Proofs) now match the
  dashboard's cream/serif design language instead of a clashing dark theme.
  They were hardcoded dark and looked like a different product when embedded in
  the SPA. The trust panel (shown in an iframe) also follows the SPA's manual
  Dark toggle now: the SPA passes the active theme to the iframe and re-points
  it on toggle, so light/dark stays consistent across the whole dashboard.
• Wiki "Ask" no longer fails with "Request timeout". The dashboard's API client
  had a fixed 10s timeout, but the cited Q&A shells out to the model and can
  take minutes. The ask call now allows 200s (longer than the server's own
  cap), so the server decides when to give up, not the client.
• Five more long-running dashboard actions got matching client timeouts so they
  no longer abort early: quality scan (300s), memory consolidate (120s),
  learning aggregate (60s), memory retrieve (30s), and registry sync (45s).
• Fresh-repo console noise eliminated. On a brand-new project with no .loki
  data, opening the Wiki panel flooded the browser console with 404s and
  AbortErrors. Wiki section views now show a clean "no wiki generated yet"
  message instead of fetching missing data, the server returns a soft empty
  state instead of a 404, and a notification action no longer leaks an
  unhandled rejection. A section tab clicked while the wiki list is still
  loading now resolves correctly once the list arrives (no stuck spinner).

Internal

• New fresh-repo integrated UI harness (tests/e2e/dashboard-fresh-repo.mjs +
  scripts/run-dashboard-fresh-repo-harness.sh, wired into local-ci). It
  boots the dashboard against a fresh repo (no .loki) and drives a real
  browser to assert no cold-load console 404s/AbortErrors and that the trust
  iframe matches the SPA theme in both light and after the Dark toggle. This
  closes the verification gap that let the above bugs ship: prior checks ran
  against seeded data in isolation and never exercised the real first-run path.
• Removed stray test artifacts accidentally committed in v6.50.0
  (.loki-test-tmp/) and added it to .gitignore.
