Loki now ships a Claude Code plugin manifest enabling marketplace installation.

Full changelog

Added

  • Claude Code plugin and marketplace packaging. Loki now ships a plugin manifest
    (plugins/loki-mode/.claude-plugin/plugin.json) and a marketplace manifest
(.claude-plugin/marketplace.json) so users can install via the Claude Code
plugin marketplace: /plugin marketplace add asklokesh/loki-mode then
/plugin install loki-mode@loki-mode. The plugin bundles the loki slash
commands, wires the MCP server via loki mcp --transport stdio (PATH-resolved,
install-location-independent, requires the loki CLI on PATH), and includes an
opt-in Bash safety guard hook gated on LOKI_GUARD=1 (default OFF). License is
BUSL-1.1 (source-available), declared as "SEE LICENSE IN LICENSE".

Changed

  • Review tool allowlist (LOKI_REVIEW_ALLOWLIST) is now default-ON. Council
reviewers run with a least-privilege read/inspect tool surface by default.
Opt out with LOKI_REVIEW_ALLOWLIST=0. The mutation-blocking denylist is
unchanged and still takes precedence; the allowlist can only narrow the
reviewer surface, never grant a mutating tool.
  • Front-page loki --help trimmed: grill, spec, and cleanup moved to the
collapsed "More commands" footer to keep the front page lean. All three remain
fully dispatchable and documented via loki <command> --help.
