Adds opt‑in invariant gate and automatic anti‑sycophancy parity check for the Bash and Bun routes.

Full changelog

Verification depth: invariant gate + anti-sycophancy parity + manifest tamper-evidence

  • Invariant/property gate wired on both routes: tests/detect-invariant-violations.sh
    (property/metamorphic checks: idempotency, round-trip, no-secrets-in-output)
existed but was never invoked (inert). It is now an opt-in gate via
LOKI_GATE_INVARIANTS (default off), wired on the bash route
(autonomy/run.sh enforce_invariant_integrity) and the Bun route
    (loki-ts/src/runner/quality_gates.ts runInvariants) with byte-identical
semantics: CRITICAL/HIGH (detector exit 1 under --strict) blocks; clean,
timeout, absent, or any other result never fires (deny-filtered); default-off
means the detector is not invoked.
  • Bun devil's-advocate auto-wired (anti-sycophancy parity): the Bun council
    had a built-but-uncalled devil's-advocate voter, so a Bun-route completion
council lacked the anti-sycophancy re-review the bash council performs. It now
fires automatically on a unanimous APPROVE (mirroring the bash trigger), as a
blind review (not shown the base voters' verdicts), and folds in conservatively
(only a clean APPROVE upholds; REJECT/CANNOT_VALIDATE flips to CONTINUE). If the
LLM dispatch fails it falls back to the deterministic file-scan check, so it
never hangs and never silently drops scrutiny.
  • Run-manifest tamper-evidence (additive) (src/audit): linkManifest /
verifyManifestLink hash the run manifest (loki-run.json) and record it into
the unified audit chain so the build bill-of-materials becomes tamper-evident
and verifiable against the evidence chain. Honest no-op when the manifest is
absent; verification fails if the manifest is tampered after recording. Ships
as a tested API; not yet auto-invoked (documented).

Gates: local-ci 83/83, bash/Bun parity 6/6 (LOKI_GATE_INVARIANTS now a genuine
shared toggle, no allow-list exception), 595 Bun tests + 75 audit tests + full
pytest green, 3-reviewer council unanimous APPROVE.
