Wave B of the console gap-roadmap:

  • AI recommendation + confidence per case — derived from what the pre-gate connectors found (OFAC hit · fraud-score refer · um-criteria not-met · HS-classify confidence · ITGC severity …): 🟢 approve / 🟡 escalate / 🔴 block on each card, so the human triages fast.
  • Override logging — deciding against the AI (approve a block/escalate, or reject an approve) records override + the AI's recommendation in the audit trail; shown in the case drawer + counted in Analytics. Critical evidence for a 'human signs the action' product.
  • Regulatory-deadline SLAs (scripts/lib/sla.mjs) — per-vertical turnaround (prior-auth 72h · pharma 360h · aml 720h/30-day SAR · soc 4h …); the console counts down to the deadline (due in / at-risk / OVERDUE).
  • Email invites — admin Team panel best-effort emails the invite link via the notify relay (copy-link fallback).
