Surfaces the Wave H (Tier-3) ops endpoints in the operator console (/autopilot.html) — completing Tier-3 end-to-end in the UI.
- Ops tab — role-gated (admin / compliance-lead) with a live dead-letter badge that polls off-tab.
- KPI tiles — runs · connector calls · est. cost · avg latency · retries · over-budget · dead-letters.
- Dead-letter queue — each failed write with connectors + error and a one-click ↻ Requeue that re-runs the post-gate write and recovers it to
completed. - Connector health table — per-connector 🟢/🔴, calls, failure %, p95 latency, last error.
- Metering by industry — per-vertical runs / calls / latency / cost, sorted by spend.
Verified end-to-end (seed dead-letter → requeue → completed → metering reflects) + a 6-assertion DOM sim for tab RBAC. No functional regression; lib suite 304/304.
