Full changelog
First Breath
Since Genesis (v0.9.0-alpha.1), the substrate grew the organs of autonomous life -- and was inhabited for the first time.
The cultivar became alive
- Self-driven metabolism -- the production binary now advances its own metabolic cycle (P04). It no longer waits to be asked.
- Proactive hunger -- it requests ingestion when it goes too long unfed (P02 / CHAR01), and raises a C74 immune alarm when starved past threshold.
- Self-detected decline -- the C40 bet-weakening detector is now fireable (rate-OLS over first differences, Z >= 1.96); C24 telos-drift is reachable; C75 flags cultivator-fiduciary-strain (persistent telos drift + cultivator inaction over ~180 days).
- Witness maturity -- every Layer-C witness is now a real test run on each CI; a detector that silently stops detecting fails the build (C67).
Doctrine
L0 sealed at v3.1.3 (b22dca68...), production owner-signed on-chain -- chain cda9e2b3 -> 69456132 -> b22dca68.
First inhabitation -- Myco lives in Myco
The substrate was booted as a living system and fed a faithful record of its own development. The very first bite immediately surfaced -- through the immune system -- a real state-reconciliation bug that every unit test had missed (last_absorbed_cycle live/derived divergence). It was root-caused and fixed (the derived replay now mirrors the live computation), the cultivar healed, and the fix fed back in as its next meal. The self-referential loop closed for the first time: living in Myco found a flaw in Myco, and the fix became Myco's next meal.
Housekeeping
Public git history privacy-scrubbed; repository description refreshed.
Full test suite green across Rust / Python / TypeScript. Doctrine seal b22dca68 unchanged throughout this cycle.

About Battam1111/Myco
Agent-first cognitive substrate with 18 manifest-driven verbs (germinate / eat / assimilate / sporulate / traverse / immune / molt / …) and 25 lint dimensions enforcing contract invariants mechanically (R1–R7). Cross-session / cross-project memory via a self-validating filesystem graph — AST + markdown-link derived, not embedding-based. Provider-agnostic by design: MP1/MP2 dims forbid LLM-SDK imports in the kernel and plugin tree. Editable-default install. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, VS Code, and any MCP client.
