Hotfix for v2.11.0, driven by a post-release adversarial code review (10 confirmed findings — yes, we review our own releases the way we review UI).

Fixed

  • v2.11.0 made the gate lock-relative in the canon (CLAUDE.md, /ss-score) but left every mirror on pre-2.11 absolute law: engine/AGENTS.md (Codex), .cursorrules (Cursor), UPDATE.md's merge block (which re-installed the old absolutes into your project on upgrade), and llms.txt (which still recommended the never-excusable default indigo). All synced.
  • Unlocked projects are back to full v2.10 strictness: every [LOCK] deduction now resolves to an explicit default when no STYLESEED.md exists — no more unsatisfiable triggers letting flat-border/rainbow output pass.
  • Elevation is now a shared 4-value enum (layered-shadow | tonal-ramp | flat-borders | oled-black); ss-setup writes the full v2.11 lock; ss-lint/ss-review are lock-aware; the −3 decorative-hue deduction is restored.
