Validation: engine invariants pass, demo production build generated 115 routes, and a fresh read-only Codex session discovered AGENTS.md plus the repo-scoped ss-reference skill.

Note: the code and rendered-output verification contract is included. Pixel inspection of this release's demo pages was not claimed because the in-app browser was unavailable in the release environment.
