Install:

npm: npm i -g @ixla/heso
pip: pip install heso
manual: download heso-0.0.1-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip and put heso.exe on PATH

Linux and macOS binaries are coming in a follow-up release. Until then,
build from source with cargo install --git https://github.com/blank3rs/heso heso-cli.
