A maintenance release on top of 0.13.0: smaller downloads and a security
update to a core dependency. No behaviour changes.

Smaller binaries. The shipped executables are trimmed further by hiding
redundant static-archive exports and stripping debug info from the bundled
GPU shaders, so downloads and on-disk size shrink with no change in
functionality.

Updated anyhow to 1.0.103, which fixes an upstream soundness issue in
Error::downcast_mut()
(RUSTSEC-2026-0190).
