Full changelog

Window controls (minimize/maximize/close) and the chat area were unclickable on displays scaled above 100%. Resize hit-testing now works correctly at any display scale and multi-monitor layout.
The main window could open larger than the screen with no way to resize on smaller or scaled displays. It now sizes and centers within the available screen.
The onboarding window could open cut off and unresizable on small displays. It now fits the screen and is resizable.
