Aura 1.9.9 is a patch release focused on stability, validation clarity, and Worker reliability.

This update improves the core loop Aura uses to plan, execute, validate, and report coding work. Validation results are now classified more carefully, especially when tools produce noisy output despite successful execution.

This release also includes internal cleanup around GUI wiring and lifecycle boundaries, helping keep the app behavior stable while making the codebase easier to maintain.
