New field: ik_rating (IEC 62262 mechanical impact / vandal protection, IK00-IK11) — contributed by @fvdpol (#137). IK ratings were previously buried in features or incorrectly stored in ip_rating; this adds a dedicated field and migrates 735 cameras, cleaning IK out of ip_rating. Entries rated IK10 @ 50 J were upgraded to IK11 per the 2021 IEC 62262 Amendment 1 (31 cameras). Adds ik_rating to the CSV export and glossary.
