Full changelog

Codex rate limits now show every limit bucket — accounts whose usage is metered in a separate bucket (e.g. codex_other) used to show 0% while the official usage page said otherwise. The app now mirrors the official CLI and lists all buckets, with per-bucket labels when there are more than one. Menu bar %, warnings, and notifications cover every bucket too.
Stale-limit indicator — if the Codex limit refresh keeps failing for 15+ minutes, the popover now shows an orange "stale" badge with the last successful fetch time instead of silently displaying outdated numbers.
Claude model-scoped weekly limits are back — the usage endpoint moved per-model weekly windows to a new limits[] format (the old opus/sonnet fields went null). The app now parses it, so rows like "Weekly Fable" appear again.
