This release adds multi-platform Clark Chromium artifacts and updates the Python auto-download tag so fresh installs resolve to this release.

Changes

Bumped CHROMIUM_RELEASE_TAG to chromium-v148.0.7778.96-stealth5 so get_download_url() points at the intended release.
Added Windows x64 download support, including chrome.exe detection, .zip archive naming, and safe zip extraction.
Added native AWS macOS arm64 and Windows x64 build scripts.
Changed the Linux build default to the full chrome target while preserving CLARK_BROWSER_TARGET=headless_shell as a rollback lane.
Fixed Windows packaging to include Chromium side-by-side manifest files needed for process startup.
Added macOS build fixes for Command Line Tools-only EC2 hosts, including ScreenAI buildflag guarding and /usr/local/lib handling.

Validation

python3 -m pytest tests/test_imports.py -> 43 passed.
bash -n build/build-linux.sh build/run-linux-build.sh build/build-macos.sh passed.
macOS arm64 archive smoke: extracted app returned Chromium 148.0.7778.96 from Chromium --version.
Windows x64 package smoke: corrected package starts without the side-by-side manifest error observed before manifest inclusion.

Notes: macOS arm64 and Windows x64 artifacts are new in this release. The Linux x64 artifact is carried forward because the Chromium payload is unchanged from the prior full Chrome build.
