  • Context Inventory no longer shows the same plugin, skill, or command multiple times — it now reads the active install list from ~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json instead of walking every cached version on disk, and honours enabledPlugins plus local-scope projectPath so only plugins Claude Code would actually load for the current session are counted
