  • Save discussion now finds the right transcript even after /clear, /compact, or /resume rotates Claude's session UUID — it falls back to matching by the session id recorded inside the JSONL, then to the most recently modified JSONL in the project folder
  • Save discussion and Save plan now show a clear error dialog when the transcript can't be found, instead of silently doing nothing
  • Save discussion and Save plan now work for remote Claude sessions — the transcript is fetched from the remote host over SFTP instead of being looked up only on the local disk
