Full changelog

What's new in 1.40.0

Added

  • When you select a session, group, or file tab in the sidebar, the unselected rows now fade back so your active selection stands out by contrast. Dragging still takes visual priority over the fade.
  • The help docs now cover Gemini CLI sessions (Cmd+I) — the shortcut, the session type, and its star icon are documented alongside Claude Code, Terminal, and Dangerous mode.

Removed

  • Dropped the stale Cmd+F "Focus sidebar search" entry from the shortcuts help — the sidebar search box was removed in 1.39.0, so the shortcut no longer exists.

Breaking Changes

  • Removed the "Cmd+F 'Focus sidebar search'" entry from shortcuts help as the sidebar search box was eliminated in v1.39.0
