Every health metric Apple Health tracks is now exportable. This release wires ~100 previously missing metrics through the complete pipeline — HealthKit permissions, data fetching, and Obsidian export.

- Symptoms (39 metrics) — Headache, fatigue, nausea, bloating, fever, coughing, and 33 more
- Vitamins (13) — A, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid
- Minerals (13) — Calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and 7 more
- Cycling Performance — Speed, power, cadence, functional threshold power (FTP)
- Other — UV exposure, time in daylight, falls, blood alcohol, insulin delivery, toothbrushing, handwashing, water temperature, underwater depth
Extended Existing Categories
- Activity — Wheelchair distance, downhill snow sports distance, move time, physical effort
- Heart — Heart rate recovery, atrial fibrillation burden
