Summary
AI summaryDeep‑work delivery now uses a fixed 8‑slot ordered template with empty slots rendered as "none -".
Full changelog
Changed
- deep-work delivery is a fixed 8-slot template. Across three graded sonnet runs the
pattern held: every requirement shaped as a checklist/required line was followed to the
letter, and every requirement living in prose was dropped stochastically — a different
subset each round (round 3 dropped the step-verify plan and the fates line that round 2
rendered, and one evidence cell described a browser action never performed). The report is
now a fixed ordered template (built / evidence table / guard checks / convergence /
finding fates / defaults / not-verified / worktree) where an empty slot renders as
"none - " instead of vanishing, evidence cells must copy from real tool results in
the session ("did I actually run this?" is the stated test), and a terminal completeness
pass checks every slot before sending.
Breaking Changes
- Deep‑work delivery report structure changed to a fixed 8‑slot ordered template; empty slots now render as "none -" and evidence cells must contain actual tool results.
