Init no longer stalls headless on its production-branch question. On an origin-less or
branch-conflicted repo, /chameleon-init waited for an answer that a claude -p session can
never give, stranding the repo with no profile at all — a graded run flew fully unguided this
way. The question keeps its one-turn interactive form, but a non-interactive session takes
the stated safe default (detected branch, or working-tree derivation) and proceeds,
reporting the default it took.
