Summary

AI summary

Added Bash allow‑list output to meme --install-skill and strengthened Prime Directive skill behavior.

Full changelog

Keeps Claude Code on the skill from the first request: the bundled skill now opens with a Prime Directive (use the skill end-to-end, drive the CLI, no hand-built URLs or ad-hoc scripts, no guessed ids, one bare --print-url call) and has a stronger trigger description. meme --install-skill now prints the optional Bash(meme:*) allowlist line so you can skip the per-command approval prompt (no silent permission grants).
