This is the "classic" view of knock-knock, supporting specifically the ssh protocol.

v1.0.1 is the best version of this "classic" view to date. We are tagging this version prior to checking in the more featureful v2 codebase.

The next major version, v2.0.0 will support multiple protocols beyond ssh. When displaying all of these protocols, the dashboard will be a bit more complex. However, v2.0.0 will have a fallback mode that will mimic v1 fairly closely for those that prefer the simpler dashboard.
