- Placeholder READMEs no longer trigger quality warnings: Directory placeholder files now contain a meaningful description instead of just
# dirname, passing the minimum content check. Applies to both new installs and upgrades.
Note: To fix existing knowledge repos, either re-run install.sh (which will recreate missing directories with proper placeholders) or manually edit the tiny README files in your knowledge repo to have >30 characters of content.
