Bugfix

  • Placeholder READMEs now skipped from ALL quality check paths: The v1.6.6 fix only covered the check_file() method. The check_all() method (used by Web UI "Run Quality Check" button) uses separate internal methods that still checked placeholder READMEs. Fixed in _check_bugfix_format(), _check_completeness(), and _check_heading_structure() — all now skip README.md files in subdirectories.
