What's New

Zero-Friction Project Connect — When Flaiwheel is already running for one project, running install.sh for a second project now detects the existing container and fast-connects via the API instead of rebuilding Docker. This cuts setup time for additional projects from ~2 minutes to ~5 seconds.

Changes

  • install.sh: Early fast-path detection via docker ps + health check
  • Phases 2b/5 gated — Docker build/restart skipped when a healthy container exists
  • Auto-merge .cursor/mcp.json — no more manual editing
  • Distinct "Project Connected" completion message for fast path
  • Agent config files (.cursor/rules/flaiwheel.mdc, AGENTS.md) always refreshed
