Docker Context

This release brings support for specifying Docker contexts in deployment configurations using the new context option. This allows you to use a single doco-cd instance to simultaneously manage and deploy to different or multiple Docker hosts. See the wiki: https://doco.cd/latest/Advanced/Docker-Contexts/
