What's Changed

Back from vacation. This release exposes the default http and metrics ports in the container image and fixes issues with some dependencies:

• SOPS (#1487): fails to decrypt dotenv+age files: "Error getting data key: 0 successful groups required, got 0
• Docker Compose (#1499): parsing error with new pre_start lifecycle hook
