What Changed

• Smarter update checks: bw-server, bw-client, and bw-local now check for both protocol updates and regular BotWave releases separately, and tell you exactly how to update each.
• Faster update API: The update check no longer proxies through the GitHub API on every request. It now reads from a local cache, so it replies faster, and thus, BotWave starts faster.
• CLI syntax hints: The interactive shell (server and local client) now shows inline hints for command syntax as you type, and validates required arguments before you press enter. This replaces the old readline-based prompt handling.
• Help text fixes: Corrected a few copy-paste errors in the help command output (upload, sstv, and start argument order).
