Deployments Tab List Revamp - Compact 40px rows (lat/lon dropped), location-based grouping with always-expanded SectionHeader (click flies the map to group bounds), interleaved alphabetical sort, and a per-deployment Sparkline (bars / line / heatmap) toggled via SparklineToggle with localStorage persistence
Inline Lat/Lon Editing - New LocationPopover on the Deployments detail pane with a coordinate paste parser and a top-right "Place on map" affordance
