This is a minor patch release to improve the visual experience when KoBar is collapsed into Mini Mode.

Mini Mode Tooltip Glitch: Fixed an issue where tooltips of invisible sidebar elements would unexpectedly appear on the screen when the app was collapsed into Mini Mode.
Under the hood: Dynamically disabled pointer events on the sidebar container and explicitly blocked tooltip portal mounts during the collapsed state to prevent ghost interactions.

Installation: Download and run the updated KoBar Setup 1.0.22.exe from the Assets below.
