a8bce7a: Fix DOCX export validation at the source: normalize out-of-range paraId/textId and drop orphan comment anchors when parsing, preserve internal-target hyperlinks instead of rewriting them as external, unwrap targetless hyperlinks, and always emit a valid table grid.
768b10e: Redesign the document outline toggle as a filled circular button in the left gutter (instead of a bare icon), tighten the outline panel's indentation, and keep the toggle and panel clear of the vertical ruler and of landscape pages.
