  • PHPStan baseline detox — 20,599 → 18,913 lines (-8.2%) via two safe levers: bulk-fix ?->X ?? Y → ->X ?? Y for nullsafe.neverNull entries (186 replacements / 119 files) plus baseline regen to drop stale entries.
  • DisposableDomains CI fix — manually re-added baseline entry that PHPStan-in-Docker misses but the CI runner catches.
