Fixed

Windows installer: postinstall script no longer fails to register C:\Program Files\firma on PATH. Legacy PowerShell 5.1 misdecoded BOM-less UTF-8 from the build host, mojibaking Unicode characters and killing the parser before PATH registration. Postinstall is now ASCII-only with transcript logging at %TEMP%\firma-postinstall.log.

After installing this build, firma will be available in any new PowerShell/cmd window without manual PATH editing.
